All UA employees have access to TouchCare. TouchCare provides assistance to UA employees on multiple topics including:

• Open enrollment preparation and questions!
  • Schedule a benefit and/or pharmacy refresher (high-level overview)
  • Schedule one-on-one open enrollment support
  • On-demand training
  • Live training
  • Knowledge quiz
• Benefit education
• Enrollment assistance for new employees
• Enrollment assistance for life events
• Finding an in-network provider
• Claims and billing issues or questions
• Price comparisons for certain procedures (i.e. x-ray)
• Locating lower cost prescription medications

Call  1-866-486-8242 (available Monday - Friday from 4am - 5pm Alaska) or email assist@touchcare.com. Employees can also login to TouchCare's website (this is not SSO) and select "get help" in the upper right corner.
